You sign in with Google on Android or with Apple on iPhone so your room, stars and rest records are kept on your account and can move to a new phone. We do not store your email address, name or photo from Google, and we do not ask Apple for your name or email. The optional motion check reads the motion sensor for at most 10 minutes after you start resting, and those readings stay on your device. Your room is private unless you choose to share it. There are no ads and nothing to buy.

We use records the service already needs (for example how many people started a rest this week) only as aggregate statistics to improve Jamiwa. We do not build individual profiles and we do not share these statistics.
2. Data that stays on your device
If you turn on auto record, the app reads the motion sensor (accelerometer) for at most 10 minutes after you tap “Start resting”. The readings are processed on your device, deleted after the result is decided (at most 24 hours), and never sent to us. Only the short result code above is sent. On iPhone, Apple’s motion history is kept by iOS under Apple’s own policy. Optional reminders are scheduled on your device and are not sent through our servers. On Android, the session token is kept in the Android Keystore.
3. What we do not collect
Email address or profile from your Google or Apple account, advertising ID, location, contacts, photos, microphone, health or fitness data, and payment information. The app has no ads, no analytics or advertising SDKs, and no in-app purchases.
4. Who processes the data
We do not sell or rent your data and do not use it for advertising. Service providers process data for us: Cloudflare hosts the servers and database (it also handles connection data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the service; we do not store IP addresses in our account database) Google verifies Google sign-in, and Apple provides Sign in with Apple on iPhone. Replies to support messages are sent from our Gmail account. A shared room is visible to other Jamiwa users. We disclose data when the law requires it.
5. Backups and international processing
Server backups rotate within 30 days. Cloudflare operates a global network, so data may be processed outside your country.
6. Deleting your account and your rights
Delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account and room) or, for accounts that use Google, on the web account page: https://jamiwa.orangesea2022.workers.dev/jamiwa/ (sign in with the same Google account; no new account is created there). When you delete an account that uses Apple, we also ask Apple to revoke Jamiwa's sign-in tokens. After you confirm with your sign-in, your shared room is hidden at once, service data is deleted (target within 7 days), and backups expire within 30 days. You can also ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or stop processing, by email. We answer within 10 days.
7. Children
Jamiwa is not directed to children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Sign-in identifiers are stored only as hashed values and sessions use random tokens.
9. Changes
We will update this page and the version date before collecting anything new, and show a notice in the app for important changes.
Terms of use
- The service. Jamiwa lets you start a rest with one tap, earn stars and decorate a room with a friend. Jamiwa does not measure or diagnose sleep, and it is not a medical device.
- Account. You need a Google account (Android) or an Apple Account (iPhone) and must be 14 or older. Keep your sign-in secure. One account per person.
- Stars and items. Stars are earned in the app only. They cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or cashed out and have no money value. Items are a license to use them in Jamiwa, not ownership. All art, characters and text belong to the operator.
- Acceptable use. Do not abuse, reverse engineer or overload the service, use automation to collect data, or use Neighbors against the rules below.
- Changes and ending. We may change or end features with notice in the app. We may limit sharing or suspend accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time.
- No warranty. The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
- Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Contact: orangesea2022@gmail.com.
Neighbors rules
Neighbors shows rooms that people chose to share. Only the friend, wall color, items and a server-assigned nickname are visible. There are no comments, likes, rankings or visitor counts.
- Do not use room layouts to spell out personal information, contact details, ads or hateful or sexual messages.
- Do not try to identify, track or harass other users, or collect rooms with automated tools.
- Report a room from its “More” menu. Reports are anonymous to the other person. You can block a person; blocked rooms are hidden from you until you unblock them in Settings.
- We aim to review reports within 48 hours. A shared room reported by three different people, or once for privacy, is hidden automatically until we review it. We may hide a shared room, and limit sharing for repeated problems. Stars, items and your private room are not affected.
- If you disagree with a decision, write to us from Settings → Help & contact.

Android는 Google, iPhone은 Apple로 로그인하면 거실·별·휴식 기록이 계정에 저장되어 새 폰에서도 이어집니다. Google 계정의 이메일·이름·사진은 저장하지 않고, Apple에는 이름·이메일을 요청하지 않습니다. 자동 기록을 켜면 쉬기 시작 후 최대 10분 동안만 움직임 센서를 읽고, 그 자료는 기기 내부에서만 처리합니다. 내 방은 직접 공개하기 전까지 비공개입니다. 광고와 유료 결제가 없습니다.

서비스에 이미 필요한 기록(예: 이번 주 휴식을 시작한 사람 수)은 자미와 개선을 위한 집계 통계로만 씁니다. 개인 단위 프로파일을 만들지 않고 통계를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다.
2. 기기 내부에만 남는 자료
자동 기록을 켜면 “쉬기 시작”을 누른 뒤 최대 10분 동안 움직임 센서(가속도)를 읽습니다. 이 자료는 기기 내부에서 처리하고, 결과가 정해지면(최대 24시간) 지우며, 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 서버에는 위의 짧은 결과 코드만 갑니다. iPhone에서는 Apple의 움직임 기록이 Apple 정책에 따라 iOS에 보관됩니다. 선택 알림은 기기에서 예약되고 서버를 거치지 않습니다. Android에서 로그인 세션 토큰은 Android Keystore에 보관합니다.
3. 수집하지 않는 항목
Google·Apple 계정의 이메일·프로필, 광고 ID, 위치, 연락처, 사진, 마이크, 건강·운동 데이터, 결제 정보. 광고·분석·광고 SDK와 인앱 결제가 없습니다.
4. 처리 위탁과 제공
개인정보를 판매·대여하지 않고 광고에 쓰지 않습니다. 서비스 제공을 위해 Cloudflare(서버·데이터베이스 운영, 전송과 보호를 위해 IP 주소 같은 접속 정보를 처리하며 계정 데이터베이스에는 IP를 저장하지 않음), Google(Google 로그인 확인), Apple(iPhone의 Apple 로그인 제공)에 처리를 맡깁니다. 문의 답장은 운영자의 Gmail 계정에서 보냅니다. 공개한 방은 다른 자미와 이용자에게 보입니다. 법령에 따라 요구되는 경우에는 제공할 수 있습니다.
5. 백업과 국외 처리
서버 백업은 30일 안에 순환 삭제됩니다. Cloudflare는 전 세계 네트워크를 운영하므로 자료가 국외에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
6. 계정 삭제와 이용자의 권리
앱(설정 → 계정과 내 방 삭제) 또는, Google로 로그인하는 계정은 웹 계정 관리 페이지 https://jamiwa.orangesea2022.workers.dev/jamiwa/(앱과 같은 Google 계정으로 로그인, 새 계정은 만들지 않음)에서 삭제할 수 있습니다. Apple로 로그인하는 계정을 삭제하면 Apple에 자미와의 로그인 토큰 철회도 요청합니다. 로그인으로 본인을 확인하면 공개 방은 즉시 숨겨지고, 서비스 데이터는 삭제되며(목표 7일 이내), 백업은 30일 안에 만료됩니다. 이메일로 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지를 요청할 수 있고 10일 안에 답합니다.
7. 아동
자미와는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 그 정보를 알고 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 가입한 사실을 알게 되면 연락 주세요. 삭제하겠습니다.
8. 안전성
전송 구간은 HTTPS로 암호화합니다. 로그인 식별값은 해시로만 저장하고 세션은 무작위 토큰을 씁니다.
9. 변경
새로운 항목을 수집하기 전에 이 페이지와 버전 날짜를 고치고, 중요한 변경은 앱 안에서 알립니다.
이용약관
- 서비스. 자미와는 한 번 눌러 휴식을 시작하고 별을 모아 친구와 사는 거실을 꾸미는 앱입니다. 수면을 측정하거나 진단하지 않으며 의료기기가 아닙니다.
- 계정. Google 계정(Android) 또는 Apple 계정(iPhone)이 필요하고 만 14세 이상이어야 합니다. 로그인 수단을 안전하게 관리해 주세요. 1인 1계정입니다.
- 별과 소품. 별은 앱 안에서만 얻습니다. 사고팔거나 교환·환전할 수 없고 금전 가치가 없습니다. 소품은 자미와 안에서 쓸 수 있는 이용 권한이며 소유권이 아닙니다. 그림·캐릭터·문구의 권리는 운영자에게 있습니다.
- 이용 제한. 서비스 악용, 역설계, 과부하, 자동화 수집, 아래 이용 규칙에 어긋나는 이웃집 이용을 하지 마세요.
- 변경과 종료. 기능을 바꾸거나 종료할 때는 앱 안에서 알립니다. 약관을 어기면 공개를 제한하거나 계정을 정지할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 언제든 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 보증. 서비스는 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 간접 손해에 책임지지 않습니다. 소비자 관련 법령상 권리는 제한되지 않습니다.

이웃집 이용 규칙
이웃집에는 이용자가 직접 공개한 방만 보입니다. 친구·벽 색·소품과 서버가 붙인 별칭만 보이고, 댓글·좋아요·순위·방문자 수는 없습니다.
- 소품 배치로 개인정보·연락처·광고·혐오나 선정적인 메시지를 만들지 마세요.
- 다른 이용자를 알아내거나 추적·괴롭히지 말고, 자동화 도구로 방을 모으지 마세요.
- 방의 “더보기”에서 신고할 수 있고 신고자는 상대에게 공개되지 않습니다. 차단하면 설정에서 해제할 때까지 그 사람의 방이 보이지 않습니다.
- 신고는 48시간 안에 검토하는 것을 목표로 합니다. 서로 다른 세 사람이 신고했거나 개인정보 신고가 들어온 공개 방은 검토 전까지 자동으로 숨겨집니다. 공개 방을 숨기거나, 반복되면 공개 기능을 제한할 수 있습니다. 별·소품·개인 방에는 영향이 없습니다.
